Which Mac computers can run PDFBirdie?
Any Mac that runs macOS 26.2 or later. Check yours under Apple menu > About This Mac.
How do I turn off the AI features?
Choose PDFBirdie > Settings > AI and turn AI off. The menus go away, and nothing is ever sent. AI is off unless you turn it on.
Do you have an iPhone or Windows version?
Not right now. PDFBirdie is for Mac computers only.
Report a problem
Email support@pdfbirdie.com and include:
- What you were doing when it happened
- Your PDFBirdie version (PDFBirdie > About PDFBirdie)
- Your macOS version (Apple menu > About This Mac)
- The PDF, if you're comfortable sharing it. Leave it out if it's private. A description works too.
PDFBirdie can't send us anything on its own, since it can't connect to the internet. So we only learn about problems when you tell us.That also means there are no automatic crash reports from PDFBirdie. If you've turned on sharing crash data with app developers in your Mac's settings, Apple may share crash reports with us.
